Can someone please give a list of all the things which can be added to your base and what i need to do to get them.
Don't bother with the hidden packages because i have all of them but is there anything else i need to do to get extra things?

No its not it is:

35 ambulance missions = health

70 ambulance missions = adrenaline

20 vigilante missions on each islands gives 6 bribes

20 fire missions on each islands for flame thrower

100 taxi missions for borgnine taxi

complete ambulance mission 12 for infinate run!

Not 100% sure, but to get the flametrower you need to complete about 30 missions on each island. Ambulance save about 50 for health and 100 for adrenaline, check with gamefaqs.com to be sure.

I've done the cop missions and got both police bribes but what do i need to do to get the rest, like how many fire missions etc.

If you complete the police missions you can get police bribes, complete the ambulance missions and you can get health and adrenaline power ups, complete the fire fighter missions and get flamethrower.
