I need to create a CNAME record for Autodiscovery as we are migrating a client to Microsoft Office 365.
However I cannot (for some reason) add an additional CNAME record, or see an option to add a CNAME record in the custom DNS settings of the Freeola control panel.
Has anyone else had to do this? Or something similar?
Any advice greatly appreciated...

If you need a customer DNS record adding that you can't do via the MyFreeola control panel then drop us a support ticket with the DNS record you require adding and the domain you require it adding to and we'll see what we can do. Support will ask you to verify that you are the owner of the account the domain is in.
