Well as a handful or maybe 1 or 2 of you know i went for a job interview a few weeks back and got the resulting letter today and.............. .......... .......... ................. ............. .......... ......... ......
i didn't get it :( dunno if i should be glad or dissapointed really.
hey snuggly what do i have to do to get a job on the site, i'm here everyday i might as well get paid LOL
anyway looks like i'll be getting up at midday a few more weeks.

PC World blow donkeys.
Every single time I've needed to take something back, it's ended up with me refusing to leave the store until a general area-manager contacts me.
And if the security gaurds approach you, they're not allowed to touch you in any way whatsoever or you can prosecute for assault.
And it doesn't matter if they actually do even take your elbow, because assault is "placing a person in reasonable fear of injury or bodily contact".
They have no legal right to detain/question or escort you from the store.
Not that I've told them that several times.
Just don't buy anything from that chain store, especially the one in Harlow.
And I'm all too happy to stand by these statements if someone from PC World is reading this.

Thats excellent news. That place is disgusting and I absolutely hate it there. I love going in and feeling powerful though, knowing I know more than every member of staff.

wow, where did I get PC World from?
Be glad. Ask around, how many members of the general public have had good dealings with PC World customer service when something goes wrong?
In my social circles, if anyone says they work for PC World we tend to snigger a bit.
If it's any help, I've got a mate who went from selling sinks in a showroom to working for IBM installing mainframes as a Technical Service Engineer. All he did was write to IBM on spec, even though he didn't have any related qualifications. They took him in, put him through their training school, and he's been with them ever since (the last 16 years now).
They probably pay a lot more too.

...and what's wrong with getting up at midday? Staying in bed is great, the only downside, being(obviously) that you miss half the day out, and that sucks
