It's definately possible, as WWF want nothing to do with Bulldog, after sending death threats to his estranged wife, Diana Hart. The problem now is this: if Vince doesn't like you for some reason or another, you basically have nowhere to go, and you've been put out of business. Indy wrestlers earn very little, compared to the sum that main-steam wrestlers get, which is a sad fact really. I went to a show at my local Ice and Leisure center, and they claimed that Yokozuna was going to be there, but he died the week before. I would have loved to meet him, and I was gutted when I found out. On another show, they planned to hire The Buchwackers and the Oddities, but the show was cancelled (as was a further one), and this must mean that they didn't book it before announcing the date and it wasn't available or something.

Anyone ever met a famous wrestler?
