I have just convinced a friend to buy a PS2 (her first ever game console) as she suddenly became interested in the arcade shooting games. We purchsed a gun each - I think it is a G con 2? - with a game each. I bought Vampire Nights which we are addicted to and she bought Time Crisis which we cannot get into.
Can anyone suggest a good game or two which we can try?

I'll have another go at time crisis - only played this multiplayer as it is not my game. Also will try Virtua Cop Elite. There are no old games when this is your first console.
I Think Virtua Cop Elite Edition is quite good.Many people dont like it because it is quite old but it has 2 legendary light-gun games on 1 Disc.
The best part of Time Crisis are the mini-games Quick n' Crash and Shoot-away. Make sure you don't overlook them!

well you have named probably the best two but others you might want to buy are endgame,dino stalker and ninja assualt.
