I have nothing to get for Christmas.

I don't really NEED anything and theres nothing really I'm looking at that I REALLY want.

I thought about this two weeks ago as I sudddenly realised Christmas was fast approaching and since then I have found two things I may like as the only things I can think of.

I would be nice on my parents and say "It's ok, I don't need anything, save yourself the money or just give it to (insert Charity here)". But the way I see it is that it is a time when I get to get things I would usually have to pay for. Which sounds a bit greedy but it's true.

FIRST OPTION
So I was looking at this MP3 player even though I have two broken ones already. It's kinda chunky compared to my Sony NW-E3 but it has got alot more features on it. But a new one might come out soon which I may really want. My friend is getting it, so I may go to his after Christmas, give it a go and then maybe get it for my Birthday a few weeks later. Plus £200 quid is more then I would like to pay for an MP3 player...

Take a look, it's here:

And yes, I know it's out of stock but I know other places with it.

SECOND OPTION
An Xbox.

I have a PS2, Dreamcast, GBA and GameCube. Do I really need an Xbox?!?

Well I would love one for Xbox Live with my Broadband access and a small number of games but thats about it. Plus I would then have all the next-gen consoles which is a bit stupid of me and I will feel greedy and geeky :-D

The deal SR have is great also. Four top games with the console for £200. Same price area as the MP3 player.

ALL THE OTHER OPTIONS
CD's, Games (even though I have enough already and don't really want any particuler titles badly)...other little random stuff.

But what I am talking about here is the main big present. In this case it would either be the MP3 player or the Xbox. I just want something to excite me so I look forward to Christmas this year. The MP3 won't excite me. The Xbox will more.

What are you getting for Christmas and what can you suggest for me?

Or I could just not get anything.

Perhaps even Futurama. You need something to keep you warm during those long winter nights of crappy TV.
Why not consider a mini fridge for your room or some such craziness.

Battle Royale - Heard good things about it so probably.
Peter Kay's Phoenix Nights - Forgot about this, love it.

And the others I wouldn't get as I don't collect films as once I've seen them once thats all I really want. Series things are ok though, maybe Family Guy.

Those are DVD's you should all own. Plus others.

Get some lovely Dreamcast games, then follow that up with some fabulous DVDs, such as Band of Brothers. I also reccomend Don't Be A Menace To South Central While Drinking Your Juice In The Hood and Battle Royale. The Thing is also good.
