Square have released a benchmark test to see if your PC will be upto playing the game (Out Q3 2003)

basically, this will test graphics/cpu processing power and give you a becnhmark score.
Scores:
Under 1500 = PC not powerful enough
1500-3000 = Will play OK
3000+ = Good Detal Levels
4000+ = Able to play in hi-res with bump mapping etc

Not really interested to be honest, Final Fantasy is better suited to Role playing I think, this whole online stuff just sounds a bit rubbish. It's no suprise then the the game bombed out in Japan, possibly the reason for it's conversion to PC?
