I don't think I'm the only one to find the media sucks when saying a word about games. The newspapers have at last 1 or 2 pages at least, but half the time I don't know what the hell they are talking about. The Television computer programmes are even worse. Yes it includes the horrible Bits programme on C4. It is gives a poor preview of games and half the time the girls are acting pretty strangely it makes me laugh all day. And they spend most of their time talking about the PSX and Dreamcast it annoys me as I only own an N64! Oh and what about Cybernet. Slightly better than Bits but poor. Boring layout and lasts for about 10-20 I think and really aims at PC owners mainly.
And at last Teletext. By far the best Digitiser. Honest reviews, Jokes and letters the perfect computer experts apart from dissing Perfect Dark.
But gamestation on the BBC David Gibbon obviously doesn't spend a lot of time trying the games out he gives the Rubbish games good marks and the good game average to poor marks.
Hopefully in the future people will get to know gaming is a big franchise now.

You may think that the computer games industry is a booming industry, but its far from it in reality. Most computer games companies are making huge losses- namely the big three- Sony made a loss of 400 million dollars, Sega at 250 million and Nintendo at 80 million(I think). Games companies are getting poorer and poorer, why do you think Eidos has sold to a rival company(Infrogrames)? Because its cant afford the development costs to keep afloat. The reason why not a lot of money if spend in TV, teletext and newspapers on computer games is because bosses in these areas believe that it is a minority that play these games- young kids and people in their early 20's, which isnt a lot of people- so doesnt require a lot of media coverage. The reason why Microsoft does appear is because their OS, Windows, is used in perhaps the majority of PC's worldwide, so a significant number of people need to be informed. Put simply, its all down to numbers. I would like to see better quality espically in TV, but we wont get it until TV companies realise just how many people are involved and enjoy computer games.

10/10
Over the years I've become very jaded after many bad experiences with customer services, you have bucked the trend. Polite and efficient from the Freeola team, well done to all involved.
Second to none...
So far the services you provide are second to none. Keep up the good work.
