Just noticed a new banner for some online gaming store. Tony always said they would eventually introduce ads to support the forum. I always thought he meant Google ads or something.
One of the reasons why I stayed around SR was because of their advertising, 1p per per banner impression I think it was. I was tempted to use it for one of my businesses. Wonder how much they're charging D4G :)
They've been going for ages, since the early days of gaming. But its interesting to see that Freeola are now providing advertising for them.
