MS havent even sent mine out yet and I ordered it 4-5 days ago.
I ordered a NIC and ethernet cable, from elsewhere of course, at the same time and they both came yesterday.

"We do not have any online orders associated with the Passport-sign in/password combination that you used to log in. If you purchased products using different Passport-sign in/password combinations, you must log in separately under each Passport-sign in/password combination to see all your orders. To login using a different user Passport-sign in/Password combination, close your current browser session, return to the email, click the link to Customer Service, and enter the new Passport-sign in/password."
If they have cancelled my order they will die. =(
Copy (right-click copy, NOT Ctrl-C) and paste the url into a new browser windows.
