I cant belive how much it has gone up since January.
Man in the January sales I bought 256MB RAM for £34.99!!!!
Now it's £79.99!!!!!!!!!
Oh and the special offer at the place I bought my RAM from, was buy one get one free!!!!!!!!!!!
So I got 512MB RAM for only £34.99!!!!!! Now that amount of RAM would cost me £159.99. that's just over 4 and a half times more!!!!. What's going on, why should I have to pay so much??????
Has the global Silicon market gone down the drain or are SR just trying to boost profits?

It shot up just before christmas, but retailers continued selling at old prices for a while...it's not just SR, it'll be expensive anywhere. Small Frog is right, the price is tremendously volitile, but I couldn't give you the reasons..
And I'm another lucky person, heh, bought 1gb just before the rise.

RAM has a phenomenally fluctuating market. I don't know why, it's just all down to the availablility. Give it six months and it might be the cheapest it has ever been. Live in hope.
