I've just added one of my websites to your Customer Site listings and received an error message "nickname already in use".
The nickname GWD as far as I know is mine!?! To allow the listing to be added I removed the GWD that was automatically included, and things appeared to work.
Is it me being thick or was there a problem with the 'system'?
NB. While I'm here:
To be considered for a Customer Site GAD, have I just messed up my chances by removing the 'nickname'?
And is it only new customer sites that are looked at or do you look at sites that are already listed?
Thank you.
I am having the same problem. I uploaded my personal site ( http://www.drjo.veryclever.co.uk (love those domain names!)) a while ago, and that went fine.
I also run a small company whose website I have now also uploaded to Freeola ( http://www.aispire.ukcompanies.org), but I can't add my nickname to this website. I can't seem to add any other name either.
Can the good people at Freeola tell us what's wrong?
Jo
