Yep, you heard it, with the iminent release of the fully fledged Geforce 4 Ti4600, Microsoft have combined with Nvidia to offer Xbox gamers the first hardware upgrade for their 6 month old Xboxes.

It is expected these upgrades will be free, and may even be placed inside the boxes of European models on launch. The kit also comes with a soldering iron and a pair of safety goggles. Microsoft have, however mistakenly packaged the UK bound units with French fitting manuals, and it is not expected to replace these until the 1st April 2003.
