It is expected these upgrades will be free, and may even be placed inside the boxes of European models on launch. The kit also comes with a soldering iron and a pair of safety goggles. Microsoft have, however mistakenly packaged the UK bound units with French fitting manuals, and it is not expected to replace these until the 1st April 2003.
