I havent seen harry potter films. It isnt my forté. From what I have heard they are good, but critics often over hype stuff.

Harry potter is generally for kids but has a smaller adult audience

Lord of the Rings is generally for adults but had a smaller child audience

games and films both very well made and very popular but both contain much of the same basis for the whole theme but both portraded very different

Are we talking about the films or the games?

I haven't seen the harry potter films so I would have to say lord of the rings.

I havent played either games though.
