it actually feels lighter than my normal controller, and it can play from insane distances! the extra controller is not very noticable, and actually looks, if not better, then more 'tidy' in my mind. the receiver is only bout' an inch high, so it won't looks tupid in your GC.
in short, get one of these when you buy a GC. they are more then worth the extra £10.

what i found was better 2 do was get the g-cube and memory card and buy the controlers seperatly from play.com cos on play the official controlers r 17.99 pounds not 20-25 pounds and sonic is 32.99 not 36.99 that what i did

Or use the 'rumble off' option, in which !! shows on the screen

They don't rely entirely on rumble, otherwise nintendo would have thought ' oh, crap, hang on, this relies entierly on rumble, thats no good...
