Anyone seen that X-Box advert with snippets of all their games on. Im sure the first shot or so is of MGS2, I ain't seen it many times but Im sure it is...
Anyone know if MGS2 is definate for an X-Box release, I just hate it when all games have to be released on all formats. Especially when they were released on the PS2 first and then ported over to the said console. I just wish that one day it would never happen... Yeah right...

I've seen that too.
It's the bit where Snake jumps onto the Tanker and busts his Stealth Suit up.
I think muil-formatting is the way foward.
Although I just say this becasue I want Mario and Zelda and Sonic on the PS2.

Its nice that lots of games get ported across, as it gives all gamers a chance to play superb games like MGS2. I do see what you mean though, it takes away that exclusive feel, but then there are 50 million of us, so its hardly exclusive anyway. Adding a couple of million X-box owners doesn`t change much.
As for the possibility that eventually all games will be exclusive to one console... its possible, but with so much space in the gaming industry, and with huge competitors like Sony and Microsoft, it seems unlikely that anybody is going to back down and roll over.

well beacuse X-box has got MGS-substance coming out on it, so it has bit of it on its adverts so X-box ownwers can buy it. thats the point of advertising.
