Hi there, does anyone know if there is a way to block a specific email address so that I don't recieve certain emails to my desktop. I have a client who has managed to email 100 plus people the same email 100 times and counting! It has a large attachment and it is preventing me from downloading/viewing my real emails.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to the Freeola forums!

If you are using Freeola EmailPro then you have the facility to Block an email address by adding it to 'Blacklisted addresses' in your SPAM controls.

If you are using Freeola's standard email service then to stop the large attachments causing problems most email clients (Outlook etc.) allow you to only download the 'headers' or 'only download headers for messages over so many kbs' - so this should help that problem.

Obviously make sure sure your client sorts the problem out at source ASAP :¬)

Probably not a viable solution, so tongue in cheek ... delete the email address i.e. remove it from your email client's contacts and if you're with Freeola, remove it from your account (MyFreeola) or their's as the case maybe! If it ain't known ... it won't arrive :¬)
