If you are using Freeola EmailPro then you have the facility to Block an email address by adding it to 'Blacklisted addresses' in your SPAM controls.
If you are using Freeola's standard email service then to stop the large attachments causing problems most email clients (Outlook etc.) allow you to only download the 'headers' or 'only download headers for messages over so many kbs' - so this should help that problem.
Obviously make sure sure your client sorts the problem out at source ASAP :¬)
