My half term has consisted of doing sod all, going round an old mates house for a week, watching him smoke and drink cos he's "big" and then come back on Saturday afternoon to a hell of a lot of homework.
All in all, just what you'd expect from the holidays, but this is different, for you see, I am now home alone all week and I'm already lapping up the freeeeeeeeeeeeedoooooooom - you get the point.
The thing is though, and this shall ammuse you, cos I'm lazy and wouldn't know how to use a microwave with an instruction manual, I've got to go round my mums for dinner (living at nans cos of my brother - long story). Anyways, I go to leave at 5:30 and go to open to the door to find it's locked. This could be a problem. I then think, I might as well ring my mum and get her around here, so I do so - only to discover the phone is barred.
So, I'm stuck in my house, with the only way to communicate with the outside world, via the internet. Doesn't this sound rather like that Shed Story? Anyways, I'm safe now, all is well, I found the key, which was about 1 foot in front of me by the computer and got my dinner.
But, I've still got damn loads of homework to do and I've got school in 25 minutes.
Euuuughh.
Also, to top it off, I couldn't get to sleep so after coming offline at 11pm last night, I sat down and watched Gattaca (which is pretty damn good), after that ending, I kinda snuck back on the computer until around 1am, talking to er-no and Dringo til I couldn't find anything else to do. Then, I was stupid enough to watch another film, being fully concious that it was infact a school day tomorrow.
Me tired. Me got 4 1/2 hours sleep.
Eugh.
Oh well, things could be worse.
