Does anyone else have the problem when numbering your pictures in your gallery (ies) that the numbers keep reverting to different numbers, out of sequence?
If you have a cure I'd be very grateful...

Also, I want to change my domain name on one of my three websites and want to know if this is easy to do? Help please

Hi Fezzy69,
I also have had this problem and each time I contacted the support site (!) I was told it was a problem on my computer.
Since I am very au faix with computers I had already excluded the possibilities that could lead to this problem, even using three different web browsers.
Eventually I tracked the problem as being a port not being closed down properly. I asked the support to test my access and they reported back that there was no problem, but when I next went on line it worked fine.
So backtracking I realised the port had remained open at their end!
This has now happened three times and each time it follows an upgrade or some work which leaves some ports open.......
I was told no-one else had ever had this problem(!!!) and yet online there were many with the same problem....
So next time, ensure your Java is updated (available from Sun computing) and then contact support and ask them to test your access. When you next log on you should be able to do so! (It is not the Java which is at fault by the way).

Hi and welcome to the forums!

What FTP client are you using? I'm using Filezilla and all is well on Freeola's Standard hosting.

Just in case you are using Freeola InstantPro I also successfully uploaded an image using that (which uses Java which made me think perhaps it's an InstantPro query?).

[s]Hmmm...[/s]

Just checking...
I assume you are also connected via a Freeola connection if you are using Standard hosting or have Web Freedom or VIP hosting?
