Hi,

Is anyone else getting this message while updating their website:

Fatal error: Script: SQL Error: Unable to connect to server is-admin Extra Details: Host 'is1.freeola.com' is blocked because of many connection errors; unblock with 'mysqladmin flush-hosts' in /home/httpd/includes/central/sql.php on line 356

Any advice welcome
