i have a website built with instantpro but i now have a better site created with web designer 6 which i am wanting to ftp upload and replace the old one (instantpro) could anyone give me any help on doing it as i cant work it out.
also a backup of my instantpro one would be great

The InstantPro service is a self-sustained building software and, therefore, does not offer an FTP or backup function.
If you would like to use a custom-built website for your domain name, you will be required to change your subscription to our VIP Hosting service. This is charged at just £3.49 per month.
In order to regrade your subscription, please contact our Customer Support Team on 0871 210 9977 or via our e-mail support, and somebody will be able to action this for you.
Please note, regrading this service will result in your current InstantPro-hosted site to be removed. As stated above, no backup can be kept for this.
