Has anyone got the Sane Man video? It's supposed to be good but all I've got are the Revalations and Relentless videos (plus the CDs that came out a few years ago).
There's loads of stuff available on video that I didn't know about, like his documentary on the Waco seige and soe stuff he did live on Public Access TV video. Seen them?
I got heavily into Hicks about 7 years ago, but haven't watched or listened to him in ages. Finally, the constant Hicks references on the forums made me dig him out again, and I've had Rant in E Minor on in the car for the last couple of days on the way to work (which gives the day a strange perspective). I now think it's time to go back and find some more material. What do you recommend?
You can get it from sacredcow.com
It has a lot of material from the Dangerous CD, but it's not edited at all and runs for just under 2hrs.
The Waco Tape is interesting, but the Public/Access TV interview one is the best thing for Hicks' fans.
It's him taking phone calls from the public and explaining the footage he shot of Bradley tanks shooting fire into the compound.
There's a book called "American Scream" by Cynthia True out now about him and it's got good reviews at the Hicks web-forum.
Ninja Batchelor Party is ok if you want to see him and Kevin Booth in a home-made ninja movie shot over 10 years featuring "Kung Fu action so fast the camera couldn't capture it"
If you've got Totally Bill Hicks, Dangerous and Revelations, then Sane Man is the next thing worth getting.
Then the access tv one.
I ordered Sane Man from the website in Texas and I got it within 2 weeks with some extra stuff in the package.
