Over the years i've put all mine in many many containers to save them for a 'rainy day'.
All that money that was down the side of the sofa and change from various things over the years can pay for my Gamecube. I do have enough 'normal' money, but i thought this would be a novel way to pay for it.
(Of course, i'll have to change it up at the post office first. I wouldn't want to have to bring a wheel-barrow full of change to SR on May 3rd!)
What a top movie, oh and go check the region 1 DVD releases for next week.

Sigh...It's just a joke from the film Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back.
We found £170 in the end....
There is a shop in my home town called "Annie`s 55p Bazaar" (though I think its now 60p). Its basically like those £1 per item shops except with a different value. All items in the shop cost 55p.
I went in shortly before Christmas a few years back, intending to buy a few small things, just to fill a "stocking" for my parents. My brother and I found 6 useful items, and took them to the counter. Unfortunately, as there were 6 things, I was having difficulty holding it all as well as my wallet. Accidentally I held one item in my hand, with my wallet, as the items were paid for.
Note: 6 x 55p = £3.30, so I gave the shop attendant the EXACT money for 6 items. Now, what does she do? She gives me 55p change. I`m thinking... my maths is wrong!!! What just happened, not realising she hadn`t included the one in my hand.
Anyway, so I went to leave, and she stopped me and said... "Are you going to pay for that?"
WHAT?!?!? I was stunned completely by the utter stupidity of the people in that shop! Anyway, I paid for the item, and left - in a huff.
My revenge was meant to be that I would go and pay for about 10 items, using all 1ps and 2ps to irratate them... sadly by the time I had enough pennies, different people were working in the shop.
Ah well, boring story.
It's a gypsy.
"Whats a gypsy?"
