I don't know what the reason behind it is, but the Windows Update page for Windows XP is not working for some reason.

So is the biggest company in the world failing to provide a simple service to the world?

Looks like it.

It's probably only temporary.

It's funny all the same!

when i first installed windows xp, i was amazed but after a week or so i got board with the fancy colours, i prefer windows 98 over xp.

i blame bill gates, he probebrly knows who is getting a Game Cube so he only up dates the page for XBOX buyers
