What was you're first Nintendo experience, and here i'm obviously speaking to the Nintendo fans, not the odd Sony fan that appears in here. Unless of course you want to talk about your first??

What was the first game you played?? What was your first console?? My first was Mario Bros. and the NES on x-mas day, 1990. I was upstairs playing it all day long, and I new from that day onwards that Nintendo were something special! Everyone wanted to play it, even my mum and dad!! I also had Duck Hunt and the gun, which was also fun.
What about you?

My first 'experiance' was at some friends house on the NES. Super mArio bros. Superb, buth then It got better with F-Zero on the Snes. They lived a long way away, so I only played it a few times a year, but it steadily introduced me to the superb world of Nintendo. After that two of the greatest games i have ever played - zelda and Super Mario World - they had me hooked - far far far far superiour to anything the PS1/2 and X-Box has so far produced and is likely to produce. After buying my own Snes, I was in gaming Nirvana........................then on to the fab N64, and now the GC - and so the dream continues..........................!

I first played on a SNES when I was about 7 at my cusons, I also played on a Mega Drive there but I wanted a SNES as it was better ythan the Mega Drive, back then I didnt havea clue about gaming and it was near the end of the SNES' life so bought 3 games from a 2nd hand shop. I then got an N64 christmas 1997 not expecting one, I hadnt seen one before or knew anyrhing about it really. that was when I got into gaming.

You've missed out an a lot if you never even SAW a NES up-close Ortega!! But hey, you've played the Amiga, and that's something that some Nintys, including me, cannot say that we've done the same!

I missed out on the original GameBoy, but i've still got some of the games on GameBoy Pocket and Advance. Maybe you should try and get some NES stuff??

Hey Pro Evo, if you wanna play 'Maniac Mansion' get 'Day of the Tentacle' on the PC. I think SR are selling it??
DotT is the sequel, and if you find the computer in game you can play the original Maniac Mansion! Problem solved!
DotT is also a great game, PC classic!

I can’t remember how old I was, but I sold my Commodore 64 to buy a NES. I think I only got one game to start with, but it was the Mario/Duck Hunt double cart, and I was amazed. I sometimes still play on my NES and I still enjoy it, I just hope the GC will produce good playable games.
