Ok im on the chinese embassy level, I have just recorded that bloke in the window!...Apparantly now i have to follow his car, but there is nowhere to go cause there is guards everywhere...plus a rather annoying dog that is following me...somebody must have passed this part....I need your help...cheers!

After you've recorded him in the window, just stay in the same place. Crouch down and wait, the car will stop at the gates. Record the car as it waits.
Simple eh? Annoying they tell you to follow the car though when you don't need to.
