There would be too many people brown nosing and sucking up to try get more GAD's. Staff system is fine. Also If tony didin't win then he probably would sack the winner. : )

Maybe we could have a vote on who the best staff member has been for that year?? Depending on things like helpfullness in the forums, etc... But I don't think it should be to be a notable, as they already have enough power, like what's already been said. And maybe the winner would get a free game??
