I've sent back a product that was faulty.
You just ring up the order number, then speak to someone about the problem and they'll give you an address to send it to and ask you to write a letter giving a reason why you're sending it back.
I'm not sure if they'll except returns if it's because you don't like the product though. You'll have to ring up to see.
