If Capcom are getting so friendly with Nintendo then you think there will be any chance in a GOOD resi evil game on the GBA with pre rendered backgrounds and stuff?!

I would like to see a Resident Evil game for the GBA but I very much doubt it!!

Doubt it, Gaiden for the GBC didn't do terribly well and Capcom are trying to stay with one system (gamecube).
