It's the 2 `Evolution` games from the Dreamcast packaged into the same box - possibly both on one disc too. It's not a kind of sequel in anyway.
I haven't heard too-much about this game, but I've heard a few Dreamcast owners say good things about this - even though it may not be Skies of Arcadia.
Skies of Arcadia will be the first to get!
I'd reccomend you read some reviews and previews nearer the time of its PAL release before deciding on Evolution Worlds.

It's a quirky Japanease RPG type jobby which is a seqwuel too some Dreamcasts games. That's all I know.
Look quite good actually but I think i'll wait for Skies of Arcadia.
On the other hand Mystic Heroes looks pretty good, quirky Japanease side scrolling beatemup with magic and stuff.

Two RPGs tht were on the Dreamcast called Evolution.
They've put them on the same disc and called it Evolution Worlds.
Didn't get great reviews if I remember rightly.
