It depends which console you want one for
on xbox you could try Project Gotham Racing
on PS2 you could try GT3 or Auto Modellista
On PC Colin Mcrea 3 (also on PS2 on Xbox)
on Gamecube try Burnout, i think id the best one

oh yeah definately get Mario Kart on the GBA though like morbo said

its for PC

try downloading a *cough* legal *cough* GBA Emulator and get the Mario Kart ROM.
Also if you haven't got these, try them
