"I just try to make the decision difficult for the manager to leave me out next time," he told Sky Sports.

Since the arrival of Forlan Solskjaer seems to have imporved his game immensely. Usually Solskjaer only performed well as a super-sub, but now he seems to be a first team regular! He is winning us games with great finishing from only half chances.

Ferguson just cant afford to leave Solskjaer out of the team, and there is no chance of Van Nistelrooy losing his place in the team.

WIth 3 top strikers at the team I think it can only mean one thing. Fergie will never go with the 4-4-1-1 again! He cant leave 2/3 strikers out to adopt those tactics. Hopefully it will now be 4-4-2 all the way.

GREAT!! No more 4-4-1-1, ever again!! I also think Fergie had already realised it didn't work when he agreed to stay, so we can expect 4-4-2 all the way!

I also think that Forlan has to prove himself before becomes a regular. It's gunna be hard to replace Solskjaer and there is no way van Nistelrooy would be dropped! I think that Solskjaer will get the short end of the stick soon, but it may be next season, when we may have a new no.9! Only time will tell...

Agreed, there's no way you can leave out Solsjaer and Van Nistelrooy in high profile games at the moment, but Forlan we haven't seen much of yet. What if he plays brilliantly too? Will the three strikers rotate? (Surely Van nistelrooy wouldn't be left out?)

Or, is there a chance Solsjaer will get the short end of the stick yet again?

No matter how well he plays, he always seems to be the third striker. I can quite easily see him being relegated to sub again if Forlan gets given a chance, and plays well for us.

Let's have a fair rotation this time around. I'd like to see if Ferguson is actually willing to play a 4-4-2 with Solsjaer up front with Forlan. I somehow doubt it...
