Your right, they have no plans to release it here till they see the sales in america, but, it will come out here if it goes down well in america.
Noe removed the stuff because of this(not nowing for sure, if it would be released) and i've also emailed noe several times, and they've always said "Animal crossing will be released here, once we evaluate the sales in america. If it makes a good profit, then the door will be open for a european release."

nintendo has released details of all their games out in 2003. crossing is not one of them.
nintendo-europe has deleted all there stuff on it.
i emailed them twice. they said they do not have plans to release it over here.
i can go on, but i cannot be bothered. i will be playing it tomorrow, which is when it comes. ;P
