"Shenmue 2 question!"

Hi everyone. When i first played through Shenmue 2 i seem to remember that when Ryo was running through the area before Scarlet Hills (i cant remember the name of it!) he would sometimes look up at a plane flying overhead. I've recently played through it a second time now and yet he didnt do it once! Does that scene mean anything?!!

Yes it happens when you move to work for the woman in the library and it is triggered by walking up a set of steps at a certain time of the day but once you miss it you can't go back (unless you saved it) as the event is only triggered once in the game. You don't miss anything but it is an amazing sight.

Well if you ever decide to go through it again Afterburner is in the Phoenix building!

yer it is annoying. Ive missed alot like duck racing and other cut scenes. But i really cant be bothered to go through it all again! I know the story, and got the good ending.

But i am annoyed that i only found 3 out of the 4 arcade games! I think i might be afterburner 1

Its a strange one eh! I didnt really get it when it did it the first time i went through the game but the fact that it didnt even do it once the second time round makes me wonder about it! The genius that is Yu Suzuki obviously meant something by it!

Before i had shenmue 2 myself, me and my mate played on it and the plane went over head. I now have my own copy and completed the game and i didnt get that screen!

So i dont think it leads to anything.

But im not sure.
