That would be an excellent sport, and I sure as hell would watch it. For those who haven't watched the film and don't know what Baseketball is, here are the rules.
The batter goes up to the square and has to sink a basketball into the net, and then round around a sqaure, like baseball. However, when the batter throws the ball, another player on the field is allowed to try and use a "Psyche Out" to make them screw up the move. They can be as disgusting as they like.
It would be an excellent sport, but I could see it quickly get out of hand, unless strict rules and regulations were set. Also, it should be a game for everyone, like it is in the film, so anyone can join in and play.

Ye, I only watched it becasue Jenny Mccarthy and Yasmine Bleeth were in it...BUt anyway, still a cool sport yea..
