Right, has anyone ordered any games from them?

Reason i ask is becasue they ship from hong kong. Thier xbox game prices ar pretty damn good and was thinking of ordering some but am scared of getting stiched up by import tax or whatever. I've ordered DVDs and CDs from them and they've been fine, but they are much cheaper than games.

So, anyone ordered any games from them?

I ordered a CD from them once. It came damaged and I can't get a refund.

I've not ordered games from them, but I had two CDs from them just before Xmas. Never had any Customs trouble with them at all. Can't see anything immediately obvious about it on their site, either?

Customs will only kick in if it is £18 or over. Unless they state it as being a gift, then the limit is about £35.

Don't know about games but a few mates order their albums from cdwow as well as play.com. They came ok and pretty quick as well. Again, I don't know if this applies the same to games or not.

After reading Xbox newsgroups, there was a very large amount of people that suddenly got their cdwow packagages stopped by Customs. They reakon customs has now wised up to cdwow.

Also, when customs stopped you, if you rang cdwow they used to refund the money customs charged. However, now cdwow know customs are stopping a lot more packages, they have just put a warning on the site and will NOT refund customs money.

Order at your own risk.
