No, the worst THOUGHT is that of you eating a spider when asleep. It crawls into your mouth for the warmth. And, in a reflex action, your mouth closes and swallows. Bye bye spidey. It's estimated that every single peson eats about 6 spiders a year when sleeping.

The scariest thing that happened to me while I was sleeping was when my Counting Crows poster fell down and landed on my head. I woke up so scared and started batting it away, I was scared... Then I turned the light on and saw that it was just a poster. I pinned it back up and went back to sleep :-)
