I have choices between:
Mario party 4 (having ppl round for New years day)
Tony Hawk 4
Operation flashpoint GOTY(PC)
Wavebird

Can anyone Recommend those 2 GC games?

I'd recomend Tony Hawks 4 definently Snipes.

If you liked any of the others you'll love this, it improves nicely as a game.

Haven't played the others but Mario Party is supposedly great in multiplayer, one player however it is not.

Tony Hawks 4 with out a doubt.

Don't get the Wavebird - it's just a Control Pad. i have it, and it rules. but I'd prefered a game.

Get Tony Hawks (it rules) and Mario Party (make sure to unlock all the best mini games first, mind.)

I don't know what to get with my money. I might get Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 4 or Starfox Adventures.

im 31 and my kids are various ages 7-13, 4 boys and out of ten games the only thing we play is super monkey ball...... great game
even better multiplayer 10/10

great fun to be had with this game...

No I can't really say much about those games Sniper. TimeSplitters 2 however, thats a good game. A sort of cross between Halo, Perfect Dark, Unreal Tornie and cs0r.

Its great.

I haven't got Mario Party 4 so I can't comment.

But Tony Hawks 4 is an incredible game.
