I'm here to explain why the forums go quiet from 3:45 till 4:15
Here goes…
It all started on day when Goatboy was working on a document on his PC.
He was just coming back from the printer when he looked out the window and saw something flying past it.
"Hey guys look at this," said Goatboy to his colleagues they all went over to the window. "Is it a bird? Is it a plane? No its Tony…" said one of Grix who was nearby. "I thought Tony worked in SR towers," said Goatboy! "He does" Replied Grix "Then what's he doing over here then?" asked Goatboy. "I dunno"
Grix and Goatboy shrugged their shoulders and went back to work.
Ten minutes earlier over at SR HQ:
Snuggly was just receiving his first afternoon helping of doughnuts for a while because he was on a diet.
"Mmmmm they look yummy," said Tony "Yes they are" said Snuggly who was busy cramming doughnuts in his mouth.
"Can I have one of those small ones?" asked Tony "No go away, they're mine!" replied Snuggly placing his hand on his nearby super stick.
A minute or so later when Tony thought Snuggly wasn't looking Tony slowly slid his hands into the box of doughnuts, Snuggly noticed Tony's hand going in and slammed a stick down on his hand.
"Ouch!" exclaimed Tony. Snuggly scowled at Tony.
"I'm sorry Snuggly please don't hit me. I promise I won't do it again" begged Tony.
Despite Tony's pleads Snuggly grabbed Tony by the back of his jumper and dragged him outside
Tony gulped as Snuggly went out the door.
Once Snuggly had dragged poor Tony all the way outside Snuggly lifted Tony up and hit him with the stick as hard as he could, so hard infact that Tony flew all the way to Goatboy's office, eventually landing in a garbage skip.

The very same thing happened the next day and the next and the next day after that day.
So from then on it became a routine. Snuggly getting doughnuts at about 3:45 every day and then Tony asking for one and then Snuggly getting mad dragging Tony outside and smashing him with a stick.
So every day this happened as reguluar as clockwork in Goatboy's office:
"Hey guys its 3:45," said Goatboy. So everybody wandered over to the window to see if they can spot Tony flying past their window. Sure enough regular as clockwork Tony flew past the window waving to them as he passed.
"I do believe Snuggly hit him harder that time" said Grix
"I wonder how hard Snuggly to Tony tomorrow!" Said Goatboy. "Dunno" replied Grix.
They both went back to work.

So there we have it. The reason for the Forums going quiet everyday.
Once In a while Goatboy and his friends even have a bet on how hard they think Snuggly will hit Tony.
