What I'm saying is...Rez will become boring very quickly. Thats for me anyway. I play games 60-70% of the time that I am awake, so I dont see Rez as being a game that my cash shall go on.
> Hmmmm, So Rez not for the hardcore gamers then...
Define "hardcore" gamer please.
If you mean someone with nothing else to do, so they just play games all the time, I have a better word to describe them to you:
Students.
I just couldn't get drawn into it. I sat there for about 15 minutes to make sure it didn't suddenly get better, but I ended up quitting it and going back on Pappa the Rappa 2 (that game is fantastic!).
I can understand why some people like it though. I'm not going to sit here and blatently say "Its rubbish" as it isn't. Its just not my type of game. The good thing about the game is its originality, how it is different to every other game, but this just didn't do it for me.
It might just take me a while to get addicted to it though. I've only tried it the onece.
> God...We still chatting about this?
It's ok, we're out of office hours, just call me YH. :-p
And yeah, we are still chatting about this, until you uncivillised, uneducated peasant scum realise that this is a damn fine game.
Even though it looks s**t.
I still dont see this game lasting longer
> than a couple of days.
That could be true, if you played it 24 hours a day. Now, bearing in mind I do have other things to do and sometimes, shock horror!, don't play any games at all for a couple of days. I kind of think Rez will last me.
Thanks all the same.
I still dont see this game lasting longer than a couple of days.
If there are still some people blinkered to it's funkiness, well, they are just plain stupid and like playing stuff like Tomb Raider 123: Search For Rounder Breasts.
I've claimed Rez for my GAD prize as well.
