My friend needs to know how to put a sims house onto their website and I need to know how to put photos on the internet.

To get the house file, you need to know the lot number and neighbourhood number. Once you know that, go to the Sims folder, then select the UserData folder corresponding to that neighbourhood, (UserData2 = neighbourhood 2) then take the house.iff file corresponding to that lot number - eg, house04.iff = the house at lot 4.
Then upload that to your wesbite via cuteftp, or whatever program you're usinf to upload photos

take photos in the game then look in the sims folder, there should be a folder with html content that has pics of all your sims!
