I've never had blisters from gaming before, but I played THPS3 for an hour last night and my middle finger now has a rather saw blister on it.

Having never played a TH game before maybe I'm not approaching it correctly.

My fingers hurt.

I dont think I've ever had a blister. I have been playing THPS3 for 3-4 hours constantly and never got a blister.

Pah, go blister boy! With your talk of handcream. I don't need any of your methods, I simply don't blister, because I'm a better gamer/ person than you.

And you know it.

No, you just use handcream afterwards to keep your fingers supple (and possibly for other reasons) like the rest of the earths fairies!

You couple of nancy boys!

I think that thats the only difference between "casual" and "hardcore" gamers.

We hardcorers DON'T blister!

(...anymore, though those first couple of weeks with Street Fighter 2 on the SNES brought up some cracking blisters! Ahh, thems were the days!)

How freaky is that! I got my first blister from gaming the other day, and it was on my right middle finger, on the knuckle closest to the palm, on the index finger side.

It must be the way the game makes you play!
