What is it that makes you buy a console?
Is it the way it looks (size, colour, design, etc)?
Is it the hype that surrounds the launch?
Is it the quantity of games available?
Is it the quality of games available?
Is it the types of games available?
Was there a 'MUST HAVE' game that made your mind up?
Is it the brand (Nintendo, Sega, Sony Playstation, Microsoft XBOX)?
Is it it's online capabilities?
Is it the technical specifications?
Is it a loyalty thing?
Is it the price?
There are more questions that could be asked but what exactly made you buy the console(s) that you own?
All consoles have their own qualities and are trying to sell in a tough consumer market. What made your mind up to buy the console you eventually bought?

I buy them because of the games, and thats the only reason. Thats why I don't have an xbox, because there are only two games I like, namely Halo and Buffy.
