With the graphics of game getting better and better surely companies like Samsung will have to make TV's that can handle higher level graphics.

Nope not the case.
Games can't match the likes of TV programs and DVD's.
Take DVD's of animations like Shrek and monsters Inc as a prime example, until games can reach a standard of graphics like these then there is no need to think about TV's needing a big change to the graphics available
