By code i think your refering to the Serial Number?
Anyway the print is usually wrong and a 6 may appear as an 8, if that fails try this code
4500-1095566-4969761-5659 this one works as it's the one that's printed on my manual. Tell me if you get it sorted

You could try e-mailing the developers and telling them about the problem, they may give you a new code for it.
