I have zelda tennis one footy one and others good games they were too. Phillips should be like ony are now if they had made it a smaller console lol

The Jaguar was the pone where the control pads looked like the dialing part of thos BT Easicom phones right? Damn, those controllers were naff 'More buttons = better controller'...yeah....right...

oh yer... I said 32 instead of 64 bit... doh!

Anyway, although it used dual 32bit engines, so too did the Mega Drive - it was dual 8 bit... but everyone calls that 16 bit!

Tough call!

Oh, and the Neo Geo may well have been the forst 32 bit! Pity the games cost £200 each!

Wasn't the Neo Geo the first 32bit console?

I don't remember much about it... it's one of the only consoles I've never played on. It cost about £400, too. And that was back when money was worth more ;)

Arcade quality games though. It was too far ahead of it's time, that's all

Supposedly the Jaguar was the first 64-bit console, but I believe it was actually 2 32-bit processors and not truly 64-bit.

I still have my Amiga CDTV and CD32, as well as my Amiga 500+.

That was out around the era of the CD32 and the MegaX, the first of the CD based 32bit consoles. Excellent! Got any decent games on it? I remember one where you flew about inside a body, but it was crap.
