Agreed. I once went in Game and decided to buy 2 PC games (one was free with the other) but the til charged me for both. So I politely let the assistant know and he chucked something towards me and said "sign it" without explaining what it was then when he had finsihed the refund he chucked the game in the bag (the bag was on the desk) then gave them to me.
In EB around the corner, Staff who obviously didn't have a clue got me to buy Jurassic Park 3: The DNA Factor which is a load of rubbish.
hmmm....
Rule No.2 - Always clean the CD with a soft cloth, and always start from its centre, moving towards the rim.
Rule No.3 - Always remember to check the game before you fork out that hard-earned cash. Most stores are only interested in one thing - talking you into buying items and letting you go. SR never do that, which is why I trust them more, especially when it comes to mail order - always buy from them.
PS - The game might just have a little glitch in it. It could well-be that particular copy. You never know
