If you want it to snow you have to make yourself cry and then freeze the tears. Once you have frozen them, you should put them all in a glass tumbler and rest them on he head of a badger. If the badger explodes, then the snails will appear and swamp the skies with rainbows. If the badger doesn't explode, the rains will freeze in the north and snow will fall on your topple-hop.
