you dont go to bee and the bard if you want to get married you go to a different place and talk about marriage and weddings and he will offer you an amulet that will let you marry certain people if you wear it hope this helps.:)
Quick question you go to a place in riften to get married dont you or are you talking about another quest with maramal.sorry if you are talking about another quest.
